SYLLABUS - EXECUTIVE PROFESSIONAL 101

This and all of our courses have been created based on our teams’ decades of  of hands-on experience working with many 100’s of ISVs, Vendors and Partners of all types in over 40 countries. The roots of this course and the SaaS Ecosystem and Business School are based on the then named, CSP Program created for Google and many other ISVs, Vendors and Partners over the past decade.

This course is one in a series of courses designed specifically for the Executive  Professional that is embarking on the journey to create and scale a world class Partner Ecosystem GTM model for their company in the age of the Partner Ecosystem economy.

Creating and scaling a Partner Ecosystem GTM model within your organization  can be complex. It will include virtually every Line of Business within your organization as well and your business Partners and potentially Vendors. The methodology of People, Partners, Process, Technology as well as Culture will play a vital role in the success of your Partner Ecosystem include many different Partner types with varying roles.
